Jones Day is representing a consortium of construction companies in CRCICA arbitration in Egypt, governed by Egyptian law, in relation to claims for variation and extension of time on a landmark project in Egypt. The project was developed on a 850,000 m² land and comprises: three international hotels (Intercontinental, Le Meridien, and Holiday Inn), a shopping and entertainment mall, a medical center, residential towers office towers, and an international exhibition center.
