Riverside acquires Blue Microphones

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Blue Microphones, a California-based innovator of microphone technology and design for professional studios, live performance, and consumers for home and portable electronics. The financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility, including revolving credit and a term loan, and an unsecured subordinated note provided by an affiliate of The Riverside Company.
