Jones Day advised Diamond S Shipping Group in its acquisition of three modern medium-range clean product tankers from funds managed by CarVal Investors, LLC in exchange for equity in the Diamond S clean product tanker business.

In addition to M&A representation, Jones Day provided private equity and tax advice regarding this transaction.
