Jones Day advised a Korean EPC contractor and successfully settled the dispute relating to two major polypropylene projects in Saudi Arabia.  The claims entailed additional time, costs and money entitlements for engineering savings, while counterclaims included liquidating damages for delay and alleged deficient work and poor project management.
