Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing of The Dwyer Group, one of the world's largest franchising companies of trades service brands, from TZP Capital Partners. The financing consisted of a senior revolving credit facility and senior and subordinated term loans.
