Glidewell obtains TRO to protect trade secrets

Client(s) Glidewell Laboratories, Inc.

Jones Day represented James R. Glidewell, Dental Ceramics, Inc., a leading developer of innovative products for the dental industry, after two high-ranking research and development employees left and started a competing business. Within two weeks of being retained, Jones Day completed a full forensic investigation, filed a complaint, and successfully moved for expedited discovery and a temporary restraining order requiring the employees return all Glidewell information and files.
