Jones Day represented a Fortune 500 company in a multi-year investigation by the Department of Justice and other federal investigative agencies into False Claims Act allegations. Jones Day conducted an investigation into the allegations and represented the client in its interactions with the U.S. government. At the conclusion of the investigations, the Department of Justice did not bring an action against the client.
