Liquidators seek advice in relation to dissolution of BVI limited partnership

Client(s) Greenwood, John and Krys, Kenneth as Joint Liquidators of Value Discovery Partners LP

Jones Day is acting as lead advisers to Kenneth Krys and John Greenwood of KRyS Global in their capacity as joint dissolution trustees of Value Discovery Partners L.P. ("VDP"), a very substantial private equity fund. VDP was formerly managed by Salford Capital Partners Inc. and established in the British Virgin Islands to manage business assets in Russia and the Balkans. This is a complex assignment involving disputes with multiple parties, sales of substantial trading assets, and the restructuring of assets in Russia and the Balkans held through complex tax driven structures.
