Atlantic Health System acquires Hackettstown Regional Medical Center

Jones Day represented Atlantic Health System in the transfer of ownership of Hackettstown Regional Medical Center from Adventist HealthCare to Atlantic Health System. After the acquisition, Atlantic Health System became the sole corporate member of the renamed Hackettstown Medical Center. In addition to negotiating the transaction and drafting the deal documents, Jones Day advised regarding real estate, tax, antitrust, and other regulatory issues related to the transaction.
