Client(s) Oxenwood Real Estate LLP

Jones Day advised Oxenwood Real Estate LLP and its joint venture partner, Oxenwood Catalina Limited, in connection with the acquisition of a warehouse distribution centre in Stoke of approximately 30,000 square feet. The warehouse is currently let to DHL Supply Chain Limited which now forms part of a portfolio of distribution warehouses let by Oxenwood to DHL Supply Chain Limited.
