Jones Day represented Wells Fargo Bank, National Association in connection with the amendment and restatement of the existing credit facilities provided to a producer of fruit juices and drinks consisting of a $25 million increase of the revolving credit facility to $75 million and a $14 million increase of the existing term indebtedness to $164.4 million
