Société Générale disposes of Splitska Banka to OTP Banka Hrvatska

Jones Day advised Société Générale in its sale of the Splitska Banka group (Croatia) to OTP Bank. The transaction encompassed the sale to OTP Bank of all banking activities undertaken by Splitska Banka in Croatia (retail activities, private banking, commercial/investment banking, leasing, etc.), either directly or indirectly through its subsidiaries, as well as the sale to OTP Bank of the insurance activities undertaken by a joint venture between Société Générale and Splitska Banka in Croatia.
