Mando resolves multipatent infringement suit filed by Robert Bosch GmbH

Jones Day represented Mando Corporation and Mando America (collectively "Mando") in the defense of a multipatent infringement suit filed by Robert Bosch GmbH in September 2016 relating to antilock braking systems. In January 2017, Mando answered the complaint and counterclaimed for infringement of two of its own antilock brake system patents. The parties amicably resolved the case in June 2017.
