Henley Investment Management establishes and launches its first fund, Henley Secure Income Property Unit Trust

Jones Day advised Henley Investment Management Limited in connection with the establishment and launch of its first fund, the Henley Secure Income Property Unit Trust. The Henley Secure Income Property Unit Trust was established with the aim of raising £400 million to invest in the UK’s supported housing sector.

Since its establishment Henley has held two successful fund raises and has raised £225 million worth of commitments.
