Jones Day acted for the administrators and subsequent deed administrators appointed to Maritimo Offshore Pty Ltd, an Australian yacht manufacturer, with global operations and dealerships. Jones Day advised the administrators on a U.S. Chapter 15 filing and the adjudication of contingent claims subject to Connecticut and Florida law, and proceedings commenced in those states.
