Jones Day advised Blue Point Capital Partners in connection with the recapitalization of YS Garments, LLC (d/b/a Next Level Apparel).

Next Level is a designer, manufacturer and wholesaler of blank apparel, including men's, women's and children's t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants and fleece for sale to distributors, screen printers, and manufacturers in the apparel industry.
