Intertoys files for bankruptcy

Jones Day assisted the trustee of Intertoys Holding B.V., the market leader in retail toy shops, in the company’s bankruptcy. The project faced a full closure of the business under high time pressure due to insolvency, including a collective dismissal, and a restructuring and sale of a third of the total business to European retailer GreenSwan.
