Lehman & Company, a leading mid-market private equity firm focused on the defense, aerospace, and maritime sectors, in connection with the acquisition by portfolio company BEI Precision Systems & Space Company, Inc., of Wenzel Associates, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of crystal oscillators, fixed frequency systems, integrated microwave assemblies, and synthesizers for military, space, and commercial markets.
