PNC Bank-led syndicate provides $200 million senior secured 364-day term loan credit facility to AMERCO

Jones Day represented PNC Bank, National Association, as administrative agent and a lender, in connection with a $200 million senior secured 364-day term loan credit facility provided to AMERCO, the parent company of U-Haul. The credit facility is secured by certain of AMERCO’s federal income tax refund claims and all of AMERCO’s instruments, deposit accounts and other accounts and general intangibles arising from or related to such federal income tax refund claims.
