Jones Day advised True Capital Ltd, in connection with its participation in the $450 million Series C financing of Zwift, Inc., an online fitness platform for cyclists and runners. The Series C financing was led by global investment firm KKR and True Capital and accompanied by other new investors Permira, Specialized Bicycle Components' venture capital fund, Zone 5 Ventures, and the Amazon Alexa Fund and existing investors including Highland Europe, Novator, and Causeway Media. Jones Day advised True on both its fundraising and its participation in the Series C financing.
