Jones Day represented a major U.S. contractor and technology licensor against an Indian licensee in a SIAC-seated arbitration arising out of a long-term technology collaboration agreement. Jones Day assisted the company in pre-dispute discussions with the licensee and subsequently initiated arbitral proceedings on behalf of the company, which led to a resolution at an early stage.
