Jones Day represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and the other underwriters, in connection with eBay’s registered offering of (i) $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.400% Notes due 2026, (ii) $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.600% Notes due 2031 and, (iii) $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of its 3.650% Notes due 2051.
