Jones Day advised Banco Santander (as green agent, administrative agent, and lender), BBVA, HSBC, Banco Sabadell (Sabcapital), Banregio, and Intercam Banco (as lenders) in the execution of a green credit facility in Mexican pesos equivalent to US$300 million granted to a vehicle controlled by Fibra UNO (FUNO) for the construction and development of "Mitikah", a mixed-use residential, business, and commercial real estate project located in Mexico City.
