Jones Day advised Alianza Mailinalco, a subsidiary of Beel Infra, in granting a loan for up to US$24 million in pesos to Neutral Networks, as borrower, and Grupo Even Telecom and Even Telecom, as guarantors, for the development and growth of Even Group telecom business in Mexico.
