Jones Day acted as counsel to investment funds managed by an affiliate of MSREF Real Estate Advisor, Inc. in connection with the establishment of a joint venture with the existing shareholders of Flint Housing Limited, a registered provider of social housing. The purpose of the joint venture is to scale Flint Housing's social housing investment program through increasing investment capacity and to deliver high quality, affordable homes throughout England.
