ING Bank provides financing to PATRIZIA for acquisition of two logistic assets in Italy

Jones Day provided advice to ING Bank, Milan branch, as mandated lead arranger, agent, green structuring coordinator, and original lender, in relation to two facilities agreements executed with PATRIZIA, for the financing of the acquisition of two logistic assets (Building A and Building B) located in the same area of Mantua (Italy). Each of the financings are labeled as “Green Loan” based on the energy performance of the logistic assets as certified by the relevant LEED certifications (GOLD) and in compliance with the Green Loan Principles issued by the Loan Market Association as of February 2023 and EU Taxonomy.
