She regularly advises companies on individual employment matters related to hiring employees, working time, high-level executive compensation, secondment, and expatriation and dismissal procedures for personal or economic grounds, as well as the settlement of subsequent litigation.
Charlotte also advises on collective matters related to the elections of employees' representatives and the consultation process related to employees' representatives, collective bargaining agreements, and restructurings.
She also represents French and international companies in individual and collective litigation before civil and criminal courts.
Charlotte has experience in audits on labor and employment issues related to M&A and venture capital transactions.
She advises global corporations in the metallurgy, energy, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as the IT sector.
