Brandon Carter practices general corporate law, with a focus on capital markets, corporate governance, and federal securities law. His experience includes public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, initial public offerings and other corporate transactions, along with general corporate governance matters. He also regularly advises clients on securities laws, stock exchange rules and regulations, and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) periodic reporting and disclosure responsibilities.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Brandon served as an associate at another international law firm where he advised clients regarding a broad range of corporate and securities matters.
