Rob DeLaney represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. His litigation experience includes briefing and motions practice, offensive and defensive discovery, and pretrial preparation.

Rob's recent experience includes representing clients in disputes related to the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), breach of contract, and other statutory claims. He assists clients on maintaining compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Rob also maintains an active pro bono practice, including by representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States.

Prior to law school, Rob worked in the fields of international development and education. As a Fulbright grantee, he completed research on Senegal's microfinance sector. He also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Jordan, where he taught English and organized youth development programs.
