David Gonzalez represents clients in complex litigation matters, including the False Claims Act (FCA), unfair competition, and Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) litigation. He also has experience defending clients in government investigations.
David served a secondment to the Marin County District Attorney's Office in 2023, where he prosecuted misdemeanors. At the DA's office, he handled cases at all stages, from arraignment through jury trial.
Prior to attending law school, David worked in public policy and education.
