Jayce Gustafson represents and advises employers in a variety of complex labor and employment matters, including retaliation and harassment matters, state and federal discrimination, class and collective actions, claims involving restrictive covenants, and representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
Jayce's experience spans all phases of litigation, including fact investigation, pleadings, motion practice, fact and expert discovery, mediation, and trial.
In addition to his litigation practice, Jayce counsels employers on their policies and practices, providing advice focused on compliance with California's complex employment laws.
Before joining Jones Day, Jayce clerked in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
