Beth Hopkins represents and advises employers in connection with complex labor and employment matters, including defending against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. Beth also has substantial experience helping clients navigate internal and governmental investigations.
Prior to starting with Jones Day, Beth completed an in-house legal fellowship at Wabtec Corporation, a leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions, and value-added service to the transportation industry.
