John Huston practices antitrust and competition law and focuses on issues related to government investigations, compliance, litigation, and merger review. He has represented clients across several industries, including agriculture, manufacturing, and transportation.
Prior to joining Jones Day, John worked as a legislative director for a member of Congress, as a senior policy advisor for the House Republican Policy Committee, and as a senior advisor at the U.S. Department of Education. John also served as a vice president for legislative and regulatory affairs at a national trade association.
