Kimberlyn Hughes

Kimberlyn Hughes's practice focuses on complex arbitration proceedings and civil litigation matters in state, federal, and international venues. She has handled numerous arbitration and litigation matters, including baseball-style arbitration and nationwide class actions. Her experience encompasses several aspects of litigation, including working with expert and fact witnesses, fact investigation, motions practice, responding to third-party subpoenas, and general discovery matters.

Kimberlyn's recent experience includes representing Experian, one of the three national credit reporting agencies in the United States, in individual consumer litigation under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Kimberlyn also maintains an active pro bono practice by participating in Cleveland's Right to Counsel Program, which provides free legal counsel to low-income individuals in certain eviction cases. She also has counseled asylum seekers and represented immigrants seeking asylum through Jones Day's Border Project.
