Vasyl Ilchyshyn represents clients in a variety of complex commercial real estate matters. His practice includes real estate finance, leasing, and management of real estate assets, including hotels, shopping centers, apartments, and office buildings throughout the United States. He also represents clients in real estate private equity fund formations and joint ventures.
