Connor Jordan's practice focuses on advising public and private companies on the employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of corporate transactions. Connor has experience drafting employment, severance, and separation agreements and preparing equity and incentive arrangements in private company transactions.
Before joining Jones Day, Connor served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Maurice B. Foley of the U.S. Tax Court.
