Jenna LaPointe has represented clients in complex litigation matters across a breadth of commercial sectors, including the financial, pharmaceutical, and health care industries. Her experience spans federal and state courts, and her litigation practice has intersected with multiple practice areas, including intellectual property and financial markets. Jenna has defended major corporations, financial institutions, and health care systems against public nuisance, negligence, and breach of contract claims. Jenna's experience ranges from pro se cases brought in small claims court to class action litigation and shareholder derivative actions.

Jenna has years of experience with e-discovery, motions practice, depositions, witness examination, and settlement negotiation. She has managed several large-scale document reviews for complex cases and has coordinated offensive and defensive discovery strategy across multiple related matters. Jenna has taken depositions, conducted witness interviews, and prepared witnesses for trial. She has successfully represented a client in a preliminary injunction hearing and argued a motion to quash that significantly narrowed the client's discovery obligations. Jenna also assists clients in responding to regulatory inquiries.

Jenna also serves as lead counsel in cases brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and maintains an active pro bono practice.
