Thomas Miller has experience acting on a wide range of financings and restructurings. He has broad experience in the leveraged finance space acting on complex cross-border acquisition financings and refinancings in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on infrastructure and leisure.

Thomas also has significant experience in asset-backed and structured finance transactions, including transactions backed by residential mortgage loans, development loans, SME (small and medium-sized enterprise) loans, fintech-related financial assets, consumer receivables, and other specialty finance transactions, acting for arrangers, lenders, sponsors, originators, and servicers. He has a particular focus on acquisitions and restructurings of multijurisdictional nonperforming loan portfolios.

Thomas has completed two secondments with the structured products legal team at Goldman Sachs and was previously seconded to the loan portfolios team at CarVal Investors.
