Tiffany Middlemas counsels and represents a diverse range of clients, including individuals, companies, and municipalities, in a variety of complex litigation matters.
Tiffany's experience ranges from state and federal courts to alternative dispute resolution. She recently represented clients in municipal contract disputes, nationwide products liability litigation, and litigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Tiffany also maintains an active pro bono practice representing migrants seeking asylum. Her experience encompasses consultations with detained migrants and non-detained families facing expedited removal, as well as individual prep for an asylum merits hearing.
