She also has experience in commercial and financial restructurings and due diligence.

In addition, Carolina has been very active in the renewable energy sector and has advised developers and investors in the sale and purchase of photovoltaic and wind projects as well as in the negotiation and formalization of EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) and O&M (operations and maintenance) contracts.
