Guowei Ni focuses his practice on cross-border M&A, investment, financing, licensing deals, and other commercial transactions for clients in industries such as civil engineering and manufacturing in the areas of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food, furniture, chemicals, rubber, and general equipment.
