As a former officer in the corporate tax audit department of the Osaka Regional Taxation Bureau, one of the major tax execution branches of Japan, Taku Osawa has substantial experience in transfer pricing matters, which includes representation of tax audit cases and documentation and contract drafting of intercompany transactions required to comply with transfer pricing regulations.
Taku also has in-depth experience in real property and global dispute cases. For more than 20 years, he has handled cases on redevelopment of real property and represented clients in Japanese court proceedings for various global dispute matters.
