Connor's recent transactions include advising: Greystar on the £388 million acquisition of four purpose built student accommodation assets and one build-to-rent asset; MARK in connection with the formation of a joint venture and development management arrangement for the acquisition and development of 2 Snowhill Plaza in Birmingham; MassMutual on their investment in Low Carbon, a pan-European renewable energy developer and fund manager; and Pictet in connection with the £119 million acquisition of three office buildings in Manchester.

  • Greystar progresses on Stratford Mill developmentJones Day advised Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC on the progression of their Stratford Mill development including the appointment of Graham Construction to construct approximately 247 residential units, amenity space and commercial space over 2 buildings, the forward funding sale of a block on the scheme to Sovereign Network Group and a Development Loan Agreement with Société Générale, London Branch.
