Mo Abdelrasoul's practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. He has represented clients in a variety of matters, including antitrust, contractual disputes, construction litigation, health care, and intellectual property. Mo has experience developing case strategy, propounding and responding to discovery, preparing expert witnesses for depositions, and drafting trial-level motions and appellate briefs. In addition to his litigation experience, Mo has helped clients navigate sensitive internal and government-facing investigations.
Mo maintains an active pro bono practice. He is currently representing a victim of domestic violence and an immigration client seeking citizenship and humanitarian relief. Mo is also an active contributor to the Firm's Constitutional Policing and Civil Justice Reform (CPR) Initiative.
