Rebecca Anthony is an experienced commercial litigator who represents clients in a range of complex litigation matters, including internal investigations, government enforcement proceedings, consumer class actions, and high-stakes multidistrict litigation. She has experience in all stages of litigation, including drafting dispositive motions, preparing for and taking depositions, arguing pretrial motions, working with experts, and drafting appellate briefs.
Rebecca's recent work includes representing a national pharmacy in nationwide litigation relating to opioid dispensing and distribution practices. Rebecca's experience also includes representing Experian, one of the three national credit reporting agencies in the United States, as lead counsel in more than 30 cases brought in state and federal courts across the country.
Rebecca maintains an active pro bono practice. She recently served as lead trial counsel for a Venezuelan woman fleeing persecution by the Maduro regime based on her political opinion and successfully obtained asylum for the client.
