Natalie Barnaby represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, arbitration proceedings, and multidistrict litigation.
Natalie's practice includes defending clients in disputes related to breach of contract, antitrust, public-private partnership (P3) transactions, the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and other statutory claims. She has diverse litigation experience in state and federal courts, including briefing and motions practice, e-discovery, fact investigation, offensive and defensive discovery, depositions, and working with fact and expert witnesses.
Natalie maintains an active pro bono practice representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States. She also volunteers for Working in the Schools (WITS), a literacy-focused nonprofit that provides mentoring in Chicago schools.
Prior to law school, Natalie worked as a teacher and instructional coach with Teach For America in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
