Jake Cooper defends employers in a variety of complex labor and employment matters. His experience includes defending employers against claims arising under Title VII, the Age Discrimination and Employment Act (ADEA), the New York State Human Rights Law (NYSHRL), and the New York City Human Rights Law (NYCHRL). Jake also has helped employers navigate Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) investigations.
Jake maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in citizenship, asylum, child support, and child custody matters.
