Katie Chilton focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Her experience includes disputes related to breach of contract and class actions and spans multiple stages of litigation, including pleadings, fact investigation, motions practice, and discovery.
Katie maintains an active pro bono practice. As part of the Firm's Post-Conviction Relief Initiative for Survivors of Human Trafficking, she assisted in obtaining vacatur of criminal convictions for a client whose criminal convictions directly resulted from her human trafficking experience. Katie is also involved in the Firm's Border Project and Constitutional Policing and Civil Justice Reform Initiative.
