Patrick Corley is a skilled litigator and advisor who defends employers in complex labor and employment disputes. He handles a wide range of labor and employment issues, such as discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, employee and contractor classification, employment policies and practices, reductions in force, and restrictive covenant matters proceeding in federal and state courts, arbitration, and government agencies. Additionally, Patrick counsels employers regarding compliance with labor and employment laws and advises on labor and employment aspects of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

Patrick has extensive experience in class action, mass arbitration, and high-profile litigation matters. He serves clients in various industries, including higher education, technology, railroad, financial services, and manufacturing.

Patrick maintains an active pro bono practice, including by counseling clients regarding compliance with labor and employment laws through Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta.
