Amanda Dollinger's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and centers on representing financial institutions and other companies in connection with structured product disputes. Amanda regularly advises clients regarding litigation and regulatory risks relating to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters and represents financial institutions and other companies in ESG-related investigations and complex commercial disputes.
Amanda also has experience representing financial institutions in connection with residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), collateralized debt obligations (CDOs), and other structured financial products. As part of her practice, Amanda routinely counsels corporate trust departments and advises and defends claims against trustees, master servicers, and servicers relating to numerous issues impacting securitizations, including representations and warranties and events of default. She also advised financial institutions on the legal and regulatory risks arising from the transition to alternative reference rates and on the implementation of remediation plans for the LIBOR (London Interbank Offered Rate) transition.
In addition, Amanda has experience defending against breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims in state and federal courts and experience with government and regulatory investigations. She also has successfully represented clients in pretrial alternative dispute resolution.
Amanda maintains an active pro bono practice and has experience assisting clients in submitting immigration self-petitions under the Violence Against Women Act.
